LA Street Cups Description

This is a standup version of cups and balls. It is intended to be done standing at a table as one would do while performing in the street.

This is a short and powerful routine. It consists of several innovations. One is that the entire routine is contained in the three cups. One can pick up the cups and go. At the conclusion of the routine, the cups are reset and ready to go again. The final load does not come from a table, a pocket or a pouch around the waist. It is simply there all of the time and revealed at the end of the routine. Another innovation is the use of the Tweezers Steal.

A disadvantage of this routine is that only one large ball is produced at the conclusion of the routine. Of course, the innovative magician can easily add the production of two balls from elsewhere.

This routine is presented for those that want a practical routine to perform while standing and one that can tolerate repetition for those spectators that watch the trick again.

Note that this is not the same cup and ball routine presented in the "The Al Schneider Technique" four DVD set. While some of the moves are presented in that set, the innovations are not introduced in the four DVD set.
