Schneider Vanish Description
|
| |
The "Schneider Vanish" is demonstrated and explained in a variety of places including my books; and books and videos of others as well. However, the ebook sold here teaches this move in far greater detail.
Although the explanations presented elsewhere are complete, mastery of the move is a different matter. The ebook titled "Schneider Vanish" presents a path that if followed, can enable you to do this excellent move as well as Al Schneider. This is not an idle statement. The path presented in this book was developed by Al in a magic class he operated in Minneapolis for about 6 years. During that time hundreds of students, many off the street, learned this vanish. Indeed after a few classes they would go to a local magic club meeting and blow the guys away with this sleight. They were doing the Schneider Vanish.
This ebook presents a series of simple practice drills. Each is easy to do. Many are even silly. However, each builds some particular skill that when they are all blended together; you get a very good move that is easy to do. Beware however, that the drills are very boring and tedious. This, unfortunately, is a requirement to master the craft.
But consider this. If you endure the drills and go through them, you will have a vanish you will use the rest of your life. And your magic friends will envy you.
Let me tell you what I experienced in this class. New students go through these drills and express doubt as to what they are doing. Actually they do not understand what they are doing. I force them to go through the exercises. After about three or four hours of practice I have two students face each other. Each says that what they are doing feels very clunky. But each says the other is perfect. In fact each says when the other does the move they see the coin fly through the air. One evening a young lady about fifteen years old started the class. Within two hours she would do the move and I could see silver flip into her hand. Three weeks later she was teaching her own magic class at a local Jewish community center. Hmmmmmmm.
Please understand how I feel about all of this. Ever since my early days in magic I was told that magic was an art. I was told that mastering the art of magic required years of study and practice. I was told that the moves were complicated and difficult to do. Then, I came up with these methods. They are simple. When I have someone follow this path, within hours they are doing something I could only dream of when I began magic. Now, when I say magic is a technology that can be learned, most magicians do not believe me. I don't know what to say.
The ebook is about 60 pages long and contains 112 pictures.
