somewhere in the middle. It seems kind
of an over kill to use a double for something
as mundane as this, but it seems to work
really well.

visible break in the front edge of the deck.

This hurt the effectiveness of this move
considerably. It is a problem that is easy
to fix. The beauty of this sequence is that
much of this dirty work can be done under
the cover of the spread cards in the right
hand.
