Glide Add
Here is another way to get a card to the
back of the top card. One can do this quite
slowly and get an amazing response.

If you do this slowly and deliberately, it
works well if the entire effect is changing
one card to another. To use this method in
a more involved routine would require the
sequence be done faster.
Face Up Add
This is one I have used for a number of
years. I began my ambitious card routine
with this. I had a card selected from a
face up spread and turned the selected
card face down and placed it on top of the
deck so I could show all the other cards
face up.
