ANNOUNCEMENT
Masters Magic
Class
$35 per person
April 19, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hopkins Center for the Arts
1111 Mainstreet Hopkins, MN 55343
Please email Al at als@alschneider.com
to reserve a place.
However, no one will be turned away at the door.
You may expect that when you enter the room you will begin working immediately.
Class begins with the Schneider Vanish. After about an hour each student
can pick the path they wish to pursue. I will perform a series a effects
from which students can select a path of study. However, the student can
select any path they wish. All of Al's material is up for grabs. Some
will want coins across. Some will want to work on cups and balls. Some
will want to learn Zombie. The only problem is availability of props to
use. Bring you own or warn Al ahead of time what is necessary. The important
point is that all students work on their own material. There will be a
lunch break at 12:00. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, pizza
etc. across from the art center. I promise that you will need a break
after the first three hours. My goal in this is that everyone walks out
of the seminar able to perform a new trick with great skill. However,
many people want as much as they can get during the time. Thus, I do not
drive to a final perfection. You will drill whatever you are working on
to some significant level of accomplishment. Then I will let you move
on.
I have given these seminars several times in the US and in Europe. They
always go well. I am often told that the first hour is worth the price
of admission. I recently presented this format to thirty people in London
last Thanksgiving. It went extremely well.
My stuff will be available for sale at reduced rates.
To repeat some of this that is important.
Each student works on their own material.
The student will put tremendous energy into what they are doing.
Al does not do, the student does.
Student chat is encouraged and desired.
Talking while doing a move enhances the ability with the move.
All skill levels welcome. This means beginners as well.
Bring basic materials:
4 half dollar sized coins
2 half dollar coins different metal
Handkerchief
Work placemat
Deck of cards
Review the material in this website to determine what you might like to
learn. If there are any special prop needs, contact als@alschneider.com
